Grown in the remote cloud forests of Cajamarca and the Chanchamayo Valley, our Peruvian beans thrive at elevations where cool mountain air and rich organic soil do all the heavy lifting. The result is a beautifully gentle yet complex cup — smooth notes of milk chocolate and toasted almond give way to a subtle floral sweetness and a clean, crisp finish that feels as fresh as the Andean air it was grown in.
The medium-dark roast coaxes out a warm, rounded body without overpowering the bean's naturally delicate character. Low acidity, high drinkability, and a quiet elegance that makes it one of the most underrated origins in our entire collection.
